Happy Easter, 2013

Funny Story.
So this one time, I went to Plato's Closet, and I came across this gorgeous dress. It was originally from DownEast, it was really modern looking, with a Dutch flower design on it. It had a beautiful waistline and it looked vintage and I just went wild over it. It was an XS but I bought it anyway, I fit, even if the zipper was a little tight. It fit, ok?!
So I wore it to a wedding reception that I went to with my girly Staycia, we had the time of our lives, I had a lovely time in that dress. I had bought it to wear to Easter, but I figured it was ok to wear it a week or so early.
Nope.
I spilled a bit of sushi sauce on it, washed it, tried to put it on Easter Sunday aaaand...it ripped. I broke it at the sleeve.
Well THAT'S embarrassing.
But you've gotta improvise when you're in the 13th hour. So I revamped my yellow Easter dress that I got when I was 13. Some vintage shoes, a new cardigan, and BAM.It had might as well be the first time I've ever worn it.
By the way, let's take a moment to appreciate the fact that I STILL fit into my 7th grade Easter dress. Kind of makes up for breaking the dress.
