Missionary Homecoming :) I love that in Utah, you can go to a Farewell or a Homecoming at least once a month, and they're never too far away. It's truly amazing. I can't wait till you move here Marcy, we can go to them today. Scope 'em out ;D

I have a hard time coming up with post titles...so mostly I'll just do lines from songs, because I'm so original. I do the same thing on Polyvore. I will never run out of lines from songs, so it works.
I had to work all day this day, so I knew that I needed to feel cute. It was the only way that I would be able to last through the day and still feel good about myself, and do my job well. Just one of those things. As it turns out, I got positive recognition from my boss today for some Excel spreadsheets that I made for him. That helped with my self esteem :) over a year of working there, and he finally realized I'm a computer nerd! Yay...

The Big Day!

The big day! The day that we dropped Mitchell off at the MTC! That awesome kid :)
We also got our family pictures taken today. My mom let me be in charge of clothes. I decided to red, dark orange, and navy blue would be good. I had just bought this flannel button up...it was my inspiration X) also I really wanted to wear it...
And I curled my hair! Of course, it was too blasted windy for it to look nice in the pictures, but it's the thought that counts...it was a good day :)

Winterizing

So I have 8 pairs of colored skinnies. That's a lot of money invested into one fad. I'm almost ashamed of myself. I thought that there was no way that I could wear such bright colors, come cold weather.

Education Week

2 words- Pinterest Tutorial. Oh yeah. found a tutorial for homemade beach waves. 1 cup water, 1 tbsp. coconut oil, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon hair gel, shake it all up, spray generously...WHABAM! Beach waaaaves :D and it ACTUALLY WORKED. Point for pinterest. Oh, and I'm going to a poetry slam tonight. Gots to look the part and be all indie and stuff. Success? I would say so.

And I found the perfect chambray! After...like...seven different stores, I FINALLY braved the mall. Which I honestly hate doing with the small amount of money that I had alotted myself for this endeaver. But by the time I walked into Pacsun, I was desperate. One of the most expensive articles of clothing that I have bought in a while, $40. Don't tell anyone. But yeah, it made me happy. And remember sophemore year when colored skinnies were so in, just not like they are now? And I had a bunch, and then I got rid of almost all of them? Well I had kept my royal blue skinnies and my ORANGE SKINNIES.
And now my orange skinnies are back in. And they go perfectly with my chambray and fringe satchel. Needless to say...it was one of those days where I was glad I was with my lover. We walked outside and it was raining, so we had to attack each other. Of course, I mean, come on. How could we not? Look at me!

Remember when we were at Disneyland, and we were on that train at the end of the day, just so that we could sit down, and we got to the part of the tour where there were fake animals behind a glass wall, and everyone in our group was excited about these fake animals except for me? And you saw bunnies. And you yelled BUNNIES like...I don't even know how to describe it. In the same tone of voice as if you were to say "I'm gonna KILL YOU!"
...at that point in my vacation, I was not very happy. And then you yelled BUNNIES and I smiled and knew I would make it through the evening with strangling someone. When you read my post title, I want you to say it out loud in your BUNNIES tone.
